Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are always important to THAW and we are glad you are interested in volunteering.

Here are some opportunities available:

Clerical Assistance...allows THAW to maintain its records and files. Research, mailings and data entry are also regular volunteer duties.

General Description:

Office volunteers work with the Development Manager and staff on gift processing, large and small mailings, foundation research and general office responsibilities. Volunteers who have expressed an interest are contacted with specific opportunities, as they are available

Special Events...will guarantee you a fun time while volunteering! Events include fundraisers that occur throughout the year. Volunteers who have expressed an interest are contacted with specific opportunities as the event date approaches.

General Description:

Special Events volunteers work with the Coordinator of Special Events and staff on a myriad of activities including the Night of Warm Hearts Gala and the WWJ Newsradio 950 Winter Survival Radiothon.
