About UsAbout THAWWho We AreThe Heat And Warmth Fund, THAW, is an independent non-profit (501(c)(3) agency that provides low-income individuals and families in Michigan with emergency energy assistance while advocating for long-term energy solutions. Since its inception, $102 million in assistance has been distributed to more than 155,000 Michigan households, including elderly, unemployed, underemployed, disabled individuals who found themselves in temporary crisis.
